Why Blossom Tours began

Blossom Tours was founded by Tea Manko, whose path into tourism began long before the company itself.

Born in the small town of Vareš, near Sarajevo, Tea grew up with a strong awareness of place, history, and resilience. Part of her childhood was marked by the war, an experience that left a lasting understanding of how deeply landscapes, cities, and memory can shape people.

Throughout her life, she was drawn to something beyond the ordinary and carried a strong desire to build something of her own. Tourism became part of that journey early on. She began working in the field as a volunteer in 2008, and in 2009 became a certified tourist guide.

That long connection with people, places, and storytelling eventually grew into Blossom Tours.
