1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Blossom Tours website, requesting a proposal, or confirming a programme with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or proceed with a booking.
2. Definitions
Blossom Tours means Blossom d.o.o., a Sarajevo-based travel company and licensed destination management company (Licence No. 07-08-18-15304/25). Services include itinerary design, destination support, bookings, logistics, local coordination, guiding, and other travel-related arrangements. Traveller, client, or partner means the person or organisation using our services.
3. Eligibility and Use
You must provide accurate details when making an enquiry or reservation. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted on behalf of travellers, groups, or partner clients is complete and correct.
4. Relationship with Suppliers
Blossom Tours may act as organiser, local operator, or arranging intermediary depending on the service. Hotels, transport companies, guides, attractions, rail providers, airlines, and other suppliers remain responsible for the services they directly provide. Supplier conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, vaccination documents, insurance documents, and any other entry or travel requirements. Blossom Tours is not responsible for costs or losses caused by missing, incorrect, or expired documentation.
6. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations
Payment deadlines, deposit requirements, and cancellation conditions will be confirmed in the proposal, booking confirmation, or programme agreement issued for each booking. Changes requested after confirmation may affect price, availability, and supplier terms. Cancellation charges may apply once services have been secured.
7. Air Travel
Where air services are part of a programme, airline rules, fare conditions, baggage rules, schedule changes, and cancellations remain subject to the policies of the airline. Blossom Tours cannot guarantee airline schedules and is not responsible for losses caused by airline disruption beyond our direct control.
8. Group Tours, Minimum Numbers, and Unused Services
Some programmes depend on minimum participation levels or supplier operating thresholds. If minimum numbers are not met, a revised structure, supplement, postponement, or cancellation may be required. No refunds are due for unused services where a traveller chooses not to use part of a confirmed programme.
9. Health, Fitness, and Safety
Travellers are responsible for assessing whether a route, pace, or activity is suitable for them. Medical conditions, mobility issues, dietary restrictions, or other needs that may affect delivery of services must be disclosed in advance so that practical arrangements can be considered.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, baggage loss, personal liability, and travel disruption. Insurance is especially important for multi-day programmes, group travel, and cross-border itineraries.
11. Force Majeure
Blossom Tours is not liable for delays, changes, or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather disruption, strikes, political events, epidemics, border restrictions, transport shutdowns, supplier collapse, or similar extraordinary circumstances.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Tours is not liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable loss. Our liability for services directly controlled by us is limited to the value of the affected service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All website content, including text, design, images, branding, downloads, and other materials, belongs to Blossom d.o.o. or its content suppliers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written consent.
14. Privacy and Cookies

Website cookies and similar technologies may also be used.
15. Photography and Video
Blossom Tours may take photographs or video during programmes for documentation or marketing purposes unless travellers object in advance or on site. Where a programme involves professional photography, media handling will be addressed in the booking agreement or event brief.
16. Compliance and Conduct
Travellers and partners must comply with local laws, supplier rules, safety instructions, and reasonable conduct standards during programmes. We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation where behaviour creates risk, disrupts delivery, or places staff, suppliers, or other travellers under unreasonable pressure.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in Sarajevo, unless mandatory consumer or contractual law requires a different forum.
18. Data Protection Contact
The supervisory authority referenced in connection with personal data protection is the Personal Data Protection Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dubrovacka 6, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, email: azlpinfo@azlp.ba.
