SITE, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, presents Tea Manko the designation of Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) for having met the standards of proficiency in incentive travel, as demonstrated by successful examination performance.
Awarded on 29 November 2023, the designation adds formal industry grounding to the way Blossom Tours approaches incentive travel and recognition-led company journeys.
In practice, that means we do not treat incentive travel as standard group logistics. We plan it as a recognition format: thoughtful in tone, clear in purpose, and designed to carry both business value and emotional meaning.
