Methodology

The program architecture draws from organizational psychology: psychological safety, group dynamics, communication style, leadership alignment, and how teams behave under pressure.
Optional assessment module: on selected team-building programs, participants can complete psychology-led self-discovery tests so they return not only rested, but also more fulfilled and more aware of themselves.
